Lenvatinib 4mg is an anti-cancer medicine that is used to treat thyroid cancer. Lenvatinib 4mg (Lenvakast) is a cancer drug prescribed to treat Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) and Differentiated Thyroid Cancer (DTC) (DTC). Everolimus is used in combination with Lenvatinib 4mg (Lenvakast) to provide long-term efficacy in kidney cancer (RCC). If the malignancy cannot be eliminated surgically, Lenvatinib 4mg (Lenvakast) is recommended for thyroid cancer.
Lenvatinib 4mg (Lenvakast) is an orally administered medication that can be taken with or without food. It should ideally be consumed at the same time every day. The combination of 18 mg (1 tablet of 10 mg and 2 tablets of 4 mg) and 5 mg (1 tablet) of everolimus is used to treat kidney cancer (RCC). While 24 mg (1 tablet of 4 mg and 2 tablets of 10 mg) is an appropriate regimen for thyroid cancer (DTC),
Due to the emergence of severe side effects or difficulties in the kidney or liver, the dosage may be reduced in some situations for the patients’ safety. In such cases, the recommended dosage reductions for Lenvatinib 4mg (Lenvakast) are shown in the table below.

Driving (UNSAFE)
