Information About Sunitinib 50mg Capsules

Sunitinib 50mg Capsules is a tyrosine inhibitor and indolinone mimic with latent anticancer potential. These Capsules inhibits angiogenesis and cell proliferation by blocking the activity of vascular endothelial kinase 2 (VEGFR2), platelets-producing growth factor b (PDGFRb), and c-kit receptors. These mediators also block tyrosine kinase 3 linked with Fms (FLT3), a tyrosine kinase receptor created by certain leukaemia cells, from being phosphorylated.
In the United States, Sunitinib 50mg Capsules was first certified in 2006. It has been manufactured and used in India since the US patent expired.

  • Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumour

Benefits of Sunitinib 50mg (Sutekast)

In Kidney Cancer
Sunitinib 50mg (Sutekast) is a cancer-fighting medicine. Sunitinib capsule acts by attaching and inhibiting a specific cell surface protein (tyrosine kinase) that promotes tumor growth. It also prevents the tumor from forming new blood vessels. That’s how it prevents dangerous tumors from growing.
In Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumours
GISTs (gastrointestinal stromal tumours) are tumours of the gut. The unique cells in the gut wall begin to proliferate uncontrollably. Malignant tumours (tumours that spread to other parts of the body) and benign tumours (tumours that do not spread to other parts of the body) are both possible (don’t spread to other parts of the body). Sunitinib 50mg capsule is an anti-cancer medication. Sunitinib capsule inhibits tumour growth by binding to and blocking a specific cell surface protein (tyrosine kinase). It also inhibits the tumor’s ability to produce new blood vessels. This is how deadly cancers are prevented from forming.
